As human service professionals we are often challenged by individuals with mental health and intellectual disabilities diagnoses. How do we best communicate? How do we overcome barriers to make our clients successful, especially when a dual diagnosis is involved? Join us for this full-day conference where you will get hands-on, practical information that you can use every day in the workplace. Whether you work with children, adolescents, adults or seniors you will learn how to identify common behaviors associated with a diagnosis and the best practices to manage them.
